Moonee Ponds, Melbourne, Victoria.

We will spend 1.5 hours together.

A 50% booking deposit is required to make a booking which can be paid via the booking website. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, under no circumstances will this be refunded including event cancellation and falling ill (i.e. Covid). Group/Mobile bookings also require a 50% deposit of the total service fee. Invoices will be sent out via emailed and require payment within 48 hours.

Bookings are open 6 months in advance.

My advice is to not book too close to the event, give yourself time to drive home from my place, have time to get changed and just take a breather. There’s nothing worse than feeling rushed before a day/night out! If your event starts at 6pm, the appointment takes an 1.5hr then I would book in at 3:30pm. Finishing at 5pm.

The earliest booking I offer on my website is 6am, however if you do need a booking earlier than this please email at michelle@guccipaints.com

I am only able to travel to clients if the booking is with 3 or more people. Please email me if you’d like to make a mobile booking with 3 or more. (Additional travel fees apply)

Any distance over 12km from Sunshine (3020) will incur a travel fee of $2 for every additional 1km of travel (to and from) + I only travel for bookings with 3 or more people.

Example:
Sunshine to Prahran (23km distance)
23km - 12km = 11km (one way excess distance)
11km x 2 = 22km (two way excess distance)
22km x $2 = $44 TOTAL TRAVEL FEE

Yes, for any bookings starting before 7am there is an early fee. (please tick the surcharge box if you have made an appointment starting at 6am).

In addition to the $160 appointment fee:

3-4am $180
4-5am-$130
5-6am-$90
6-7am-$40

Appointments run much smoother when
clients refrain from using their phone during the
appointment. To get quite specific, clients often think
that using their phone won’t create much movement
but it has more to do with the angle of your head
constantly being tilted down.
This results in me asking you to look up every two
seconds. But I also am aware that life happens whilst
you sit in my chair, so please do not hesitate to take
necessary calls but please save Sally’s instagram
stories for later...

I meet many of my clients for the first time and I have
no history or background knowledge of how their skin
is going to react with my favourite sunscreens.
On a day that you are about to head to an important
event, the last thing I want is for you to have an
allergic reaction to sunscreen you haven’t tried before.
If you’d like to wear sunscreen, please bring your
favourite along!

If you have somehow stumbled across my Instagram
I guess you’ve seen some of the glam I’ve done. My
makeup style that you see in my Instagram pictures
is specifically created to translate well in photos and
flash photography. This results in an airbrushed looking
base and it naturally means that more product is used to create a flawless and smooth canvas. This is my disclosure to ensure clients understand that it may not be realistic to achieve the looks I create without wanting to wear any makeup. My style is “soft glam” however the key word is “glam”.

HYDRATION IS KEY. If there’s anything I need you to do, it is to keep your skin hydrated. Whether it be drinking more water or applying a moisturiser day and night. The skin needs to be moisturised regardless of whether it is oily, normal or dry. Sometimes flakey skin does not show itself until foundation has been applied and it will exaggerate the texture.

I will provide you with a small sample pot of the colour I use on the day and a disposable brush.

Makeup is a medium used to correct and add colour in the skin. This means that it does not change or cover texture, in fact the more makeup we place on texture the more exaggerated it looks. I will prep and hydrate your skin as best as I can, but I cannot promise anyone that I can change the texture of their skin.

I do not provide ‘eyes only’ services, I only provide services for a full face glam.

The price is fixed and will not change if you choose to bring your own lashes or have eyelash extensions.

As a makeup artist I prefer working with a blank canvas as I get to shape the eye with lashes that best suit the look. However I understand that many people prefer to keep their extensions on.
