FAQ'S

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon making a booking.

  • Once the booking is made, under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded. This includes event cancellations or falling ill (i.e. Covid).

  • The booking deposit may be transferred to a new date if the booking is rescheduled strictly 48 hours prior to the original booking date.

  • The remaining fee of the appointment will be paid on the day via cash or EFTPOS.

  • Appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours notice will incur a full service cancellation fee. You will be invoiced the remainder of the service (including any early + travel fees applicable) and it must be paid within 48 hours.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are unable to be replaced or covered therefore incur a full service cancellation fee.

  • If cancellation fees are not paid within a 48 hour time frame, all future bookings will be declined.

  • The same deposit and cancellation policies above apply to group bookings. Invoices are sent out via email and must be paid within 48 hours otherwise dates will be released.

  • If the number of people in the group booking reduces with less than 14 days notice, no changes to the original quoted price will be made and the original invoice will need to be paid.

  • The remaining fee of the appointment will be paid on the day of via card of EFTPOS.

  • All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, time will not be supplemented.

  • If you and your group have made a mobile booking, please ensure everyone is ready to begin at the scheduled time.

  • Prices are fixed and do not change whether you choose to have lashes or not.

  • All parking costs must be covered/reimbursed for mobile bookings (street parking, carpark, valet parking in hotels).

  • Please arrive with a bareface (skincare acceptable).

  • Photos/videos may be taken during the appointment and used on social media channels. If you prefer not to be included, please inform Michelle BEFORE the appointment ends.

  • Please notify Michelle immediately if you are sick, under no circumstance will the booking go ahead if you have a cold or Covid-like symptoms.

  • If you have an active cold sore/eye infection of any kind, the booking will be cancelled.

  • Any skin condition, allergy or illness should be reported to Michelle prior to makeup application. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Michelle Nguyen, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic or adverse reaction.
